From Seed to Season
When the cold begins to fade, we get a head start on the growing season inside our protected hoop houses. It’s where the first greens of the year begin to take shape. Tender, early crops that thrive in cool weather begin to sprout, like broccoli, swiss chard, cabbage, kale, and lettuce.

Our mission is to grow seasonal, organic food rooted in heirloom varieties whenever possible, while building a stronger local food community through collaboration with nearby farmers and makers.
