Most asked questions...
1
How long does the growing season last?
Our delivery season begins in June and continues through the week before Thanksgiving, giving members about 25 weeks of fresh, locally grown produce. From summer sweet corn and tomatoes to crisp fall favorites, each week brings something new from the farm.
2
Can we visit the farm?
We never turn down our beloved members who want to get their hands dirty! Farm visits are available by appointment, so just reach out and we’ll get something scheduled. While we love sharing the farm with our members, we are not open to the general public.
3
What if I go on vacation for a week?
Just let us know a week or two before your trip and we’ll pause your deliveries. You only pay for the weeks we deliver to your home. In fact, some members plan their summer vacations around our harvest schedule. Once you’ve tasted our sweet corn, you’ll understand why.
4
How much food comes every week?
Each week, we deliver a bag filled with fresh, seasonal produce. You can roughly expect your bag to weigh 8 pounds or more depending on what is ready for harvest. Some weeks may be loaded with sweet corn and tomatoes, while others feature melons, greens, squash, or fall favorites.
Members can also shop from our farm store and add locally made favorites like cheese, beef, pork, eggs, and other farm goods to their weekly delivery.
5
Is a CSA share a good fit for small families?
Yes! CSA shares work well for small families. The weekly share is designed to reflect the natural rhythm of the farm, so portions and variety change with the season. Many families find it’s just the right amount for fresh meals throughout the week. We also share recipe ideas, as well as share informative weekly emails.n

Why join a CSA instead of buying from a grocery store?
Joining a CSA is about more than just buying produce... Instead of choosing from a grocery store shelf, your food is harvested at peak freshness and delivered directly from our fields to your table. Say goodbye to chemicals and waxy produce!
You’ll taste the difference in freshness and flavor. Even better, it often leads to more mindful cooking at home, too! With a weekly bag of seasonal ingredients, many members find themselves trying new recipes, cooking more often, and becoming more comfortable in the kitchen.
It's a simple way to eat better, support local agriculture, and stay connected to where your food comes from.
